To join FOKS, each person (unless a child under 14) must enter their contact info below and pay the annual fee.
For the remainder of 2026, the membership fee is $25, and starting 2027, the membership fee is $50 per person for one year. Youth 14 and under are free.
Anyone attending events MUST fill out the liability waiver! Guardians must fill out the liability form for the kids they're responsible for. The liability waiver can be found at friendsofkitsonsprings.org/waiver
For minors (under 18) joining FOKS:
1. This form must be filled out and the waiver signed by a guardian
2. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult FOKS member when attending events
